Game On! 10.05
The NHL released its 2005/2006 regular season schedule today. For the first time in its history, all 30 NHL teams will be playing on opening night. In its new scheduling format, the league is aggressively marketing its new emphasis on rivalries. On opening night, hockey fans will see the Sens/Leafs (Battle of Ontario) and Habs/Bruins (Original Six).
Of course, the Canucks will open against... the Coyotes.
