Scrambled thoughts after last night's game:
The numbers aren't pretty.
Eight consecutive games with two goals or less.
You can pay $1.3 million for a Hyundai Pony, it's doesn't make it run like a Porsche.
Luongo was brilliant for all but one goal. Unfortunately, it proved to be the game-winner and was a back breaker.
Sixth loss in seven games.
The Canucks have now fallen to ninth place in the Western Conference and out of a playoff spot.
Next Game
The Canucks play the St. Louis Blues on Friday night.

- The Chief Canuck is back from an extra long weekend and has the good, the bad and the ugly.
- The other chief, Bill from A2Y, is back as well and recaps the game from the Detroit side.
