Solid Game, Loud Suits

With the NHL Entry Draft only a few days away, Ben Kuzma (Vancouver Province) has been focusing on some of the league's top local prospects. Yesterday he focused on New Westminster's Kyle Turris; today he talks about Burnaby native and Calgary Hitman, Karl Alzner:

Karl Alzner acknowledges his safe and sound defensive game could use an injection of offence -- a little flash and dash to accelerate his transition from junior standout to future NHL stardom.

If the Burnaby native's passion for fashion is a barometer of his willingness to push the limits, then Alzner will be a hit on the ice and in front of the paparazzi.
More over here. Kuzma also lists the rest of BC's best prospects here.
