Chubarov Staying In Russia
Artem Chubarov seems to be the first Canuck casualty to the salary cap. He has declined the Canucks' $743,000 qualifying offer and decided to stay in Russia for the upcoming season. I've already shared my piece last night on what Chubarov brings to the team. I hope Richard Park ($750K) is worth it.
