Value In Trade
Tom Benjamin has a nice summary of the market value in draft picks of those who were traded at the trade deadline. It's quite an interesting read to see which players were valued the most. Make sure you check it out.
On a related note, I stumbled upon this tidbit on the canucks.com message forums. The original poster connected the dots on more of Mike Milbury's brilliance:

kvasha and a conditional 5th to phoenix for a 3rd round pick and a conditional 5th.
parrish to LA for tambelini (we'll assume Grebeshkov and sopel cancel out)
so after all that luongo and jokinen for a 3rd round pick, and jeff tambelini..yikes
